What You’ll Do:
• Oversee union and non-union crews on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Plan and schedule construction activities, materials, and resources to meet milestones.
• Coordinate daily operations with project managers and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, inspect work for quality, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Accurately track and report project time, materials, and costs.
What You’ll Need:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in heavy highway or excavation projects.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word (knowledge of MS Project or HCSS is a plus).
