Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction of utility-scale solar projects (100 MW ), BESS, and microgrid installations.
- Oversee design review, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
- Ensure safety, quality, and profitability while managing contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, labor, and materials.
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships for successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10-20 years of project management experience, including utility-scale EPC solar (100 MW ).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended periods.
