ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport internal client teams with data validation, providing quality assurance during the inventory audit process and reviewing data as it is gathered during the count.Review product valuations, units of measure, and not-found items in real-time while counts are on-going. Collaborate with on-site CSM”s project managers to resolve data discrepancies.Provide email and phone support to field and client teams, addressing data-related issues.Managing multiple work streams and competing priorities effectively.Create detailed planning documents for each project.Conduct pre- and post-inventory customer review meetings with clients to ensure data integrity.Translate business requirements into smart system solutions with the development team.Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information withattention to detail and accuracy.Apply structured problem-solving, taking large, complex problems and breaking them down intocomponents, working with others as needed, to resolve issues and maximize opportunities.Document issues holistically at a client-specific level to ensure knowledge retention for futureprojects.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.2-4 years preferred experience in Healthcare Supply Chain, Materials Management, Purchasing, Project Management or Medical Data AnalysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and standardize large datasets for inventory optimization.Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of medical supplies, manufacturers, and product catalogs.Experience working with Item Master and PO data in a healthcare setting.Experience with healthcare ERP systems (e.g., Lawson, PeopleSoft, Meditech).Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).Proficiency in data manipulation tools, such as Pandas (Python) or Excel Power Query.Experience with OpenSearch or ElasticSearch on AWS for indexing and searching large datasets.This is a remote position, however, some airline travel is required for training.WHY JOIN US?Make an Impact: Help optimize healthcare inventory management and improve efficiency forhospital systems.Collaborate and Grow: Work with a team of experts in healthcare supply chain and data analytics.Innovate with Technology: Leverage advanced tools and data-driven solutions to improveinventory accuracy.If you are a detail-oriented analyst with a passion for healthcare supply chain and dataoptimization, we encourage you to apply!
