ZA Construction, LLC is looking for a responsible full-time English / Spanish Bilingual office Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate would have fluent English / Spanish bilingual abilities and also have Human Resources or Administrative Assistant background. Candidate should be able to organize their work using tools such as Microsoft office. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Duties:
- Clerical assistant and administrative support to Human Resources
- Assist new hire orientations and administer Railroad testing requirements.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Organize and maintain computerized files.
Skills:
- Bilingual abilities in English / Spanish required.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal English / Spanish communication skills a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable law
