What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), LBA position at ZABA Therapy?
- We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, innovative, and self-driven Licensed Behavior Analysts to supervise home-based and clinic ABA programs.
- We do things a lot differently. You choose cases and have complete authority over which staff work with your clients and you can decide at any time whether you want to pass along a client to a different LBA. Our pay is quite a bit better and not focused on billable hours as well. Ask us more after you read a little below.
- You may have worked in places that talk a lot about billable hours. We talk a lot about client and family needs and progress and we measures client and family outcomes. We want you take focus on how happy they are with who we have working with them, what we work on, how we do it, and whether it is producing a real positive impact on both treatment outcomes that we typically measure and health outcomes important to the client and family.
- Our team is exceptionally supportive. Every LBA, no matter how many clients you have with us, meets weekly 1:1 with our doctoral level LBAs to go over each client's programs and answer any questions or provide you with any help you need to work through an issue or dilemma - like our advisors helped us in graduate school. If you need an expert to help you and you want some face to face support right there when you are with your client. We are here to provide kids with autism the highest quality intensive ABA to make sure they can build infinite potential.
- Please call us by our first names, we are informal and like to do things the way we were taught by our mentors in grad school where we were on a first name basis with Don, Mont, and Todd (aka, Baer, Wolf, and Risley) and everyone else from day one!
- If you want a little more information about us, feel free to read on.
- We want you to feel like you can reach out to any BCBA and BCBA-D in our organization any time. We are proud of the level of experience and expertise we have available to help you on a daily basis in such a collegial environment: we have doctorates, 20-30 years of experience, and ya, we got to learn from the best (e.g., Baer, Wolf, Risley, etc) in a peer-colleague model graduate program that was the first and largest behavior analytic department in the world. We work collaboratively and challenge you to learn and grow with our support.
- We want LBAs/BCBAs who want a challenge and want to grow professionally and personally and are up for a challenge. If your personal mission aligns with what you see here, then contact us right away. We need You!
