Streamline all ZABS Place marketing efforts that support our dual mission: operating a successful upscale thrift boutique while creating meaningful employment opportunities for young adults with special talents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create storytelling opportunities and tactics to showcase our ZABS Talent success as well as Employer Stories who have hired our ZABS Place graduates to inspire additional Employer partnerships.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Creatively Promote the Z Points Customer Loyalty program to increase repeat customer loyalty.
- Manage content across multiple social media platforms for brand storytelling.
- Optimize ZABS Place website and Public Listings for SEO and user experience.
- Create targeted email marketing campaigns for customers, donors and employers.
- Oversee donation drives for ZABS Place’s wish list for high-quality donations.
- Secure media coverage with local bloggers, influencers, and media outlets.
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance.
