You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Use a customer-focused approach to provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals, answering any questions they may have.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses with professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Work with agent to establish and meet agency goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Written, Verbal and Listening.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
