Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment at the construction site
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Assist with digging trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to prepare for construction
- Assist in the installation of construction materials such as scaffolding, concrete forms, and temporary structures
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and tasks
- Ability to adapt to changing job requirements and work in various weather condition.
The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
Must be dependable, punctual, pass a drug screen with a valid drivers license
Pay is based on experience and qualifications
