Position: Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative

Role Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners in person, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our expert sales closers. This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities for growth in a booming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knock on doors in designated neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to solar energy solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of switching to solar, including cost savings and environmental impact.
- Answer basic questions about solar energy (training provided).
- Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our experienced solar consultants.
- Meet daily and weekly goals for outreach and appointment setting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven individuals.
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and speaking with strangers.
- Basic understanding of renewable energy is a plus, but not required (we provide training).
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
