Inventory Analyst

We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our team and support our supply chain functions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize our inventory processes. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, analyzing trends, coordinating with our procurement specialists, and ensuring timely replenishment to meet company demands. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across the facility.
• Perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends.
• Implement inventory management best practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and generate inventory reports as requested by management.
• Track and report on inventory turnover, stock levels, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage and resolve inventory-related issues, including discrepancies, stockouts, and damages.
• Maintain and update inventory systems and databases for accurate record-keeping.
• Support inventory-related projects and process improvements.
• Lead end-of-month and end-of-year inventory counts and reconciliation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst, Inventory Control Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management best practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
