Guitar & Drum Instructor
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Guitar & Drum Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guitar and drum performance and teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate students. This role involves providing high-quality guitar adn drum instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced player. Also, someone who has experience in guitar tech.
Drum Instructor
We are also seeking someone who has drumming under their belt as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality guitar instruction to students through group lessons.
- Teach students proper guitar techniques, music theory, and performance skills.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Prepare students for recitals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Qualifications:
- High-school Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, with a specialization in Piano Performance or Music Education.
- Proven experience as a guitar instructor or relevant teaching role.
- Proficiency in various guitars (acoustic, electric, and bass).
- Strong understanding of music theory and guitar techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Skills in guitar tech (restringing, and fixing guitars)
