What are the responsibilities and job description for the ISSO position at Zachary Piper LLC?
Piper Companies is seeking a ISSO to support an industry leader in technology. This position will be on-site in Raleigh, NC. The ISSO will plan, manage, coordinate and provide support of all Assessment and Authorization activities.
Responsibilities of the ISSO include:
- Ensure the completion of all Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities per various requirements
- Creating System Security Plans (SSP)
- Maintain compliance with all applicable requirements
- Conduct weekly audits, vulnerability scanning, briefings, and reviews of SSPs
Qualifications for the ISSO include:
- 3 years of experience as an ISSO
- In depth knowledge of ICD 503 and NIST SP800-53
- Strong experience implementing DISA STIGs
- In depth knowledge of various compliance tools
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess an active Top Secret U.S. Government clearance.
Compensation for the ISSO include:
- Salary Range: $130,000-150,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
