Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Operations Technical Services Specialist to support a highly reputable Pharmaceutical company in Lynwood, California.
Responsibilities for the Operations Technical Services
- Develop and update SOPs, forms, and batch records to ensure GMP compliance and process improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to support operations, tech transfers, validations, and regulatory audits.
- Review and approve Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Drive process optimization, efficiency, and data integrity across operations.
Qualifications for the Operations Technical Services
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of leadership in regulated manufacturing required.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, and DHEC regulations.
- Preferred experience in QA/QC, purchasing, scheduling, and packaging operations.
- Skilled in resolving operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Compensation for the Operations Technical Services
- Salary Range: $80,000-90,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
