What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Zachary Piper LLC?
Piper Companies is looking for a Project Coordinator/Leader to work with a Pharmaceutical Packaging company located in Allentown, PA. This person will direct and coordinate new product projects as well as project changes and update.
Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
- Manage and execute all stages of current and future projects
- Coordination of project requirements among all internal company functional areas and communication of project status to Senior Management
- Assist in establishing project scope and goals and list of deliverables as required.
- Development of detailed project plans with the input of the Customer, Sales, Engineering, Quality and Operations departments.
- Management and coordination of project according to plan, timelines and milestones.
- Communication of plan implementation status to Sales, Management, Customer and appropriate internal parties
Qualifications for the Project Coordinator:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Project Management, packaging/bottling services preferred
- Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering background
- ERP Experience – required
- Bachelor's Degree – preferably in technical discipline
Compensation for the Project Coordinator:
- $65,000 - $80,000, commensurate to experience
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
