Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking an ServiceNow IT Service Management Developer to join an incredible team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive service solutions, including ITIL Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset, and other modules. This is a hybrid (1-2 days onsite per month) role located in Columbia, MD.
Requirements of the ServiceNow IT Service Management Developer:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to research, analyze, and implement enterprise-wide solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and enhance ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change, and Knowledge Management, as well as Self-Service Portals and SSO capabilities.
- Manage and maintain system components such as Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, and Roles, ensuring operational integrity.
- Coordinate and execute application and platform upgrades, including thorough testing.
- Troubleshoot issues, automate tasks, and design solutions using ITSM modules and custom JavaScript.
- Coach and train colleagues, maintaining collaborative relationships to coordinate the development and maintenance of the ITSM system.
Qualifications of the ServiceNow IT Service Management Developer:
- High School Diploma and 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer in an enterprise environment.
- 5 years of experience in IT Service Management Process, Design, and Administration (including the 3 years as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer).
- 3 years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services.
- 3 years of experience with HTML and JavaScript.
- 3 years of experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, including ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA).
Compensation of the ServiceNow IT Service Management Developer:
- Salary range: $130,000-$150,000 *based on experience*
