What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Manager - Secret Cleared position at Zachary Piper LLC?
Piper Companies is looking for a Systems Manager to join DoD consulting company supporting CECOM project and SAM-D program. This position is onsite at APG (Aberdeen Proving Ground).
Essential Duties of the Systems Manager:
- Provide weapon systems support and manage the FMS (foreign military sales) Case process from cradle to grave from initial request of equipment through planning for long-term program life-cycle sustainment.
- SAM-D does foreign military sales transactions for SE-FI equipment (communications, surveillance, intelligence)
- Preparing Letters of Acceptance (LOA), identifying material, services, and shipping requirements, and estimating system life cycle costs.
Qualifications of the Systems Manager:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or Associates degree and 7 years of experience
- Minimum of Secret security clearance
- Experience in foreign military sales (FMS)
- Experience as Logistician, Program Analyst, Financial Analyst, Case Manager, etc
Compensation for the Systems Manager:
- $90,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)
