TS/SCI Executive Assistant

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top Secret/SCI Cleared Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive level management and analytical support to senior DoD officials within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). This is an exciting position that requires close interaction with top department leadership within the Pentagon and across the Department of Defense (DoD), including Components, industry partners, academia, international partners, and associations to achieve mission goals and outcomes.

This position is located in Arlington, VA and is hybrid remote.

General Duties:

• Manage executive schedules, coordinate visit requests, de-conflict events for senior-level principals.
• Gather information; articulate, analyze, and solve problems; visualize and present information; and provide decision support to achieve mission outcomes.
• Create/manage communications for the enterprise, group, and individuals including meeting agendas, briefings, and action items.
• Develop weekly reports on significant activities, report on the effectiveness of events and processes.
• Arrange for appropriate conference rooms/facilities and prepare meeting places in accordance with acceptable protocol and security procedures.
• Assist with special event requirements such as time and place, location, duration, number of attendees, security requirements, and travel arrangements.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors with ten (10) or more years' of experience; Masters' and eight (8) or more years' of experience.
• Specialized experience including military or industry executive assistant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Background in managing meetings, schedules, risk, policy compliance, and office operations; plan and track travel, budgets, and reporting; and increase workforce productivity through process improvement.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (compensation varies on position and relevant years of experience and education)
• Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave as required by law
