UI Development Team Lead

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a UI Development Team Lead to join a fast-growing consulting services company located in Sparks, MD.

Responsibilities of the UI Development Team Lead:

• Lead the design and development of user interface templates/pages and elements for multiple enterprise web applications.
• Collaborate with team members to identify usability issues and make recommendations.
• Work with Managers to understand business objectives and provide technical assessments, UI recommendations, risk analysis, and accurate development estimates.
• Determine technical feasibility of approaches with Proof of Concepts to mitigate project risks.

Qualifications of the UI Development Team Lead:

• Five years' graphic design and user interface development for commercial enterprise web applications.
• Expert level knowledge with user interface design patterns, visual design elements and web technologies.
• Proficient in the following programming languages: HTML, XHTML, HTML 5, Java Script, JQuery, AJAX, JSON.
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.

Compensation of the UI Development Team Lead:

• Salary range: $110,000-$140,000
