Responsibilities of the Contract Administrator include:
- Oversee and direct construction administration activities, ensuring compliance with construction documents and project procedures.
- Initiate and process document revisions, change orders, and project reviews, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Maintain favorable working relationships with clients and contractors, acting as the Prime Consultant and managing sub-consultants.
- Analyze and respond to construction documents, provide technical solutions to contractor questions, and support the commissioning process.
Qualifications for the Contract Administrator include:
- 3 years of experience performing a similar scope of work
- Licensure or tradesmen accreditation within any related CSI Division (Not required, just preferred)
- High school diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's degree
Compensation for the Contract Administrator include:
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $150,000 **depending on experience**
