Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a hybrid Data Engineer for an innovative and collaborative company located in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities of the Data Engineer:
- Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports using Tableau and Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Utilize CRM best practices to manage and optimize data within Salesforce.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can influence strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools to present complex data in an understandable format.
Qualifications of the Data Engineer:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst or engineer with strong exposure to both Tableau and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, best practices, and data management.
- Proficient in data visualization, report building, and dashboard development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce, SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certifications in Tableau, Salesforce Admin, or equivalent is preferred.
Compensation of the Data Engineer:
- Salary Range: $115,000-$145,000
- Comprehensive benefits package: Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
