Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Piper Companies is hiring an Electrical Engineering Project Manager for a world wide organization located in Austin, Texas. The Electrical Engineer Project Manager will work with the Electrical Engineering and Manufacturing team to work through tickets and updates for projects and manage those through completion. The Electrical Engineer Project Manager will need to sit on site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Austin, Tx. This role is not able to provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineering Project Manager:

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming pings and tickets, prioritize issues, delegate tasks to relevant team members, and ensure timely resolutions
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and user manuals
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations

Requirements for the Electrical Engineering Project Manager:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or prior Professional experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Proven experience in project management within the electrical engineering industry
• Availability to work after hours as needed due to working with manufacture in different time zones

Compensation for the Electrical Engineering Project Manager:

• $90,000 - $150,000
