Responsibilities of the Head of Emerging Technology and Data Science include:
- Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies and advanced analytics to drive the adoption of innovative solutions that ensure a competitive industry advantage.
- Create and execute strategies that incorporate AI, ML, and blockchain to improve business processes and foster innovation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications and deliver effective solutions.
- Utilize AI capabilities within third-party technologies to generate business value.
- Lead a small team and coordinate with the IT department to implement machine learning solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive catalog of AI solution patterns to support continuous innovation.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and the board regarding technology initiatives and progress.
Qualifications of the Head of Emerging Technology and Data Science include:
- 5 years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
- Preferred background in financial services.
- Proficient in machine learning techniques and statistical methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of how data drives strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Compensation :
- Annual salary: $175,000 - $225,000, depending on experience.
