Infor Application System Analyst IV

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Infor Application System Analyst IV to join an innovative team focused on putting discovery into practice within the health system. This is a hybrid role located in Columbia, MD .

Requirements of the Infor Application System Analyst IV:

• Directs complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support for assigned applications.
• Manages daily tracking and follow-up on operational issues, validating testing outcomes.
• Oversees application analysis and evaluates the impact of new or modified applications, providing advanced support and guidance to end users.
• Acts as a primary contact for resolving complex application issues, quickly assessing and identifying solutions, and leads the development of testing scripts and conversion plans.
• Prepares a variety of documentation, including application documentation, analytical reports, functional specifications, training manuals, and status reports, while offering recommendations and alternatives for various development and support initiatives.

Qualifications of the Infor Application System Analyst IV:

• 7 years of progressively responsible experience in information applications
• 1 year(s) in programming or applications analysis, or equivalent experience such as business analysis. (Previous experience in leading a project and/or team is preferred).
• Experience in a healthcare environment (preferred).
• Certification in Service Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis (desired).
• A Bachelor's Degree in health, science, business, or an equivalent level of professional experience is required.
• A Master's degree (preferred). Additional certifications may be necessary.

Compensation of the Infor Application System Analyst IV:

• Salary range: $100,000-$160,000 *based on experience*
