Responsibilities of the Lead Full Stack Engineer include:
- Lead multiple projects for diverse clients, ensuring seamless communication with non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage various projects and customer needs simultaneously, each offering unique challenges and opportunities.
- Be a customer-facing team lead, creating custom applications for clients. As a small startup, we need someone who can think on their feet and be flexible.
Qualifications for the Lead Full Stack Engineer include:
- Minimum of 4 years in Software Development
- At least 1 year of Lead experience
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes or exposure to DevOps
- Bonus: Experience in mobile development (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Compensation for the Lead Full Stack Engineer include:
- $130,000 - 150,000, up to 10% bonus
