Lead Full Stack Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a vibrant, small company offering significant autonomy and growth opportunities, where you'll work with cutting-edge technologies in an exciting and diverse environment. This company is located in Raleigh, NC and operates through a Remote work schedule. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will lead multiple projects, create custom applications for clients, and ensure seamless communication with non-technical stakeholders, all while managing diverse and unique customer needs.

Responsibilities of the Lead Full Stack Engineer include:

• Lead multiple projects for diverse clients, ensuring seamless communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage various projects and customer needs simultaneously, each offering unique challenges and opportunities.
• Be a customer-facing team lead, creating custom applications for clients.

Qualifications for the Lead Full Stack Engineer include:

• Minimum of 4 years in Software Development
• At least 1 year of Lead experience
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and MongoDB
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes or exposure to DevOps
• Bonus: Experience in mobile development (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation for the Lead Full Stack Engineer include:

• $130,000 - 150,000, up to 10% bonus
• Comprehensive benefit package
