Responsibilities of Linux Systems/Network Administrator:
- Assist with network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordinating between network and data communications hardware and software
- Observe and test website performance to ensure it is working correctly and efficiently
- Install and support the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet systems
- Administer network security measures to ensure data and information is protected
Qualifications of Linux Systems/Network Administrator:
- 4 years' experience of using technical skills including data analysis, system administration, programming, troubleshooting, etc.
- Manage, maintain, and secure Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
- Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python, etc.
- BA/S in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
Compensation of Linux Systems/Network Administrator:
- Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and holidays
