Responsibilities of the QA Engineer:
- Lead and manage QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for manual and automated testing.
- Conduct testing of claim forms and claim management systems.
- Utilize Selenium and other testing tools in the AppExchange to automate testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Reduce cycle time in testing through efficient processes and tools.
Qualifications of the QA Engineer :
- 5 - 8 years of progressive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- 5 years of experience in manual and automated testing with Salesforce projects.
- 5 years of federal experience
- Experience with Selenium is required
- Good exposure to QA in a Salesforce implementation environment
- Bachelor's degree
Compensation of the QA Engineer:
- Salary range: $115,000-$150,000
