Senior Director for RTL Design

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Director for RTL Design highly experienced with leading a group of engineers and hands on hardware digital design. The ideal Senior Director will be onsite 5 days a week in Saratoga, CA .

Requirements for the Senior Director for RTL Design include:

Prior experience leading or building a team of engineers.

Advanced knowledge and hands on experience with RTL coding

Hardware digital design background

Deep understanding of Ethernet protocols and networking devices

Qualifications for the Senior Director for RTL Design include:

15 years of experience in Hardware digital design

Hands on high speed Ethernet experience

Advanced knowledge of Verilog and VHDL

Background to VLAN support

ASIC design flow and physical implementation experience

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field

Must be able to hold a security clearance

Compensation for the Senior Director for RTL Design include:

Salary range: $275,000 - $350,000
