Technical Writer

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a hybrid Technical Writer to join a well-known and impactful company located in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities of the Technical Writer:

• Engage in meetings with technical teams, clinicians, and business leaders to understand project goals, workflows, and the impact of technology in healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and end users to translate complex healthcare IT solutions into easily digestible narratives for executives, stakeholders, and customers.
• Create messaging that not only explains technical solutions but also persuades and influences stakeholders, aligning with business and industry best practices.
• Ensure materials adhere to brand guidelines, using best practices in graphic design, layout, and user experience to enhance readability and engagement.

Qualifications of the Technical Writer:

• 5 years in a content strategy, graphic design, technical marketing, or communications role, ideally within healthcare or technology.
• Experience working in healthcare IT, health tech startups, or consulting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of web development tools or CMS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.

Compensation of the Technical Writer:

• Salary range: $75,000-95,000
