Zachary Piper Solutions  is seeking an  Acquisition Support Specialist  for an opportunity in  Colorado Springs Colorado.  This role will be supporting  U.S Space Forces Horizon Program and will require active  Top Secret / SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities of the Acquisition Support Specialist

  • Provide insight and support with acquisition strategies and contracts for program managers.
  • Coordinate staff meetings regarding the development of acquisition plans, schedules, and executive program briefings.
  • Create and implement documents and procedures following the DoD 5000 framework.

Qualifications of the Acquisition Support Specialist

  • 14 or more years of experience with DoD acquisition programs
  • An Active TS / SCI clearance
  • Experience with DoD budget planning and execution
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMI PMP).

    • Compensation for the Sr. Specialty Test Engineer

  • 140,000-$160,000 annual salary
  • depending on experience
