Responsibilities of the TechOps Admin :
- End-user support for software, peripherals, and devices
- Installation of specialized software
- Deployment of new desktop and laptop hardware
Qualifications of the TechOps Admin :
- Active TS / SCI Full Scope Polygraph
- 2 years of experience in an IT software support role
- Bachelor's degree in an IT related field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, etc)
Compensation for the TechOps Admin :
- Salary : $70-135,000 / year *flexible based on experience*
