Responsibilities of the Bioprocess Training Manager :
- Develop and present customized training materials for clients through a combination of content and lectures in the field of biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Update and maintain documentation for the facility such as SOPs, batch records, proposals and any technical reports
- Measure training effectiveness using various tools
- Ensure safe operation of laboratory equipment and working with facilities team to troubleshoot any issues
