Piper Companies is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to join a consumer technology company to design and implement cloud strategies aligned with business objectives. This role involves creating scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructures, leading migrations, and ensuring cost-effective, compliant solutions. This is a hybrid role (Tuesday through Thursday on-site in Atlanta, GA).
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop cloud architecture strategies to support business initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud providers, measure cost, performance, etc.
- Design and deploy scalable, secure cloud environments (public, private, hybrid).
- Lead cloud migrations, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and governance.
- Optimize cloud spending, leverage rightsizing, autoscaling, and scheduling.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends.
- Conduct cloud security audits and mitigate risks.
