Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a motivated LMS Training Specialist (Hybrid) to join a well-established biotechnology client in the Rockville, MD area. The LMS Training Specialist (Hybrid) will support the training team and play a critical role in developing and improving training and compliance systems, processes and documentation.
Responsibilities of the LMS Training Specialist :
- Support the training team with the administration and maintenance of the training system, ComplianceWire
- Manage user accounts within the ComplianceWire system, including adding new users and adjusting training assignments as needed.
- Process and manage training forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop engaging and effective training content tailored to meet compliance requirements.
- Partner with various stakeholders across the organization to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Provide support for document control processes; familiarity with Veeva is a plus.
