Overview :
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA-H, enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts. You will help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation’s healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas.
Key Responsibilities :
As a New Start Coordinator, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem. Your duties will include :
- Assisting government Program Managers and Technical SETAs in the ARPA-H “New Start” process from hire date to contract award and liaising between the program teams and front office staff.
- Developing or updating material on a weekly basis for presentation to mission office leadership on the state of all ongoing new starts and where they are in the process.
- Managing concurrent and competing timelines for multiple Government clients.
- Navigating complicated and not fully defined or clarified processes.
- Assisting in the development and review of programmatic documents.
