What are the responsibilities and job description for the REMOTE Help Desk Analyst position at Zachary Piper Solutions?
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Help Desk Analyst to support a stable and growing organization based out of Chantilly, VA . The Help Desk Analyst will support the 7 AM-3PM shift. This position requires a candidate to be local, but it is primarily REMOTE .
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst :
- Responds to helpdesk tickets through phone and email.
- Works to resolve helpdesk tickets. Common responsibilities include configuring / repairing computers, diagnosing and resolving network / internet issues, and supporting PDRI client applications.
- Acts as the “on call” helpdesk analyst on selected weekends with other helpdesk analysts (approx. 1 weekend per month).
