Responsibilities for the Salesforce Developer include :
- Collaborate with engineering teams and technical writers to create and maintain web pages via Salesforce, capturing frequently asked questions and answers.
- Work with PMO staff to develop webpages addressing cloud capabilities across multiple vendors and Salesforce workflows for managing customer interactions, including email forwarding, feedback forms, and data organization for government review.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
- Build, deploy, and maintain website pages, integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and middleware.
