Responsibilities of the Site Reliability Engineer include :
- Ensure reliability of the company’s SaaS product through writing Software and Infrastructure as Code alongside the development team
- On-call support and incident remediation
- Minimize architectural disconnects, monitor and maintain capabilities
- Work with Kubernetes and containerized applications to diagnose and remediate issues deployed in K8s
- Work across different teams including software engineering, platform engineering, systems engineering, and software testing.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly to build long term solutions for software product.
