Business Development Executive (HHS)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to join a leading professional services company and focus exclusively on the Health and Human Services (HHS) sector with regards to capture and business development. The Business Development Executive will help to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and win contracts for a company that has formerly supported 8a awards and is focusing on larger contracts. This position is hybrid with occasional on-site requirements in Mclean, VA.

Responsibilities for the Business Development Executive   include :

• Develop growth strategy for the organization, identify new business opportunities, qualify deals, and implement strategies to ensure high win probability.
• Monitor market trends, perform analysis, provide and develop reports and updates on growth performance.
• Target various contracts within the HHS space, respond to RFPs, assist with proposals, and help develop BD initiatives.
• Present to government stakeholders, build and maintain strong relationships, and help the growth of the organization in the years to come.
