Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a  Voice / Network Engineer to join a government partner of ours located at Scott Air Force Base, in St. Louis, MO. The Voice / Network Engineer will perform sustainment, maintenance, Problem and Change management services to help ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of DISA Voice Services.

Responsibilities of the Voice / Network Engineer role include :

  • Manage, configure, troubleshoot and assure service supporting all aspects of a voice, video and data network.
  • Configuration experience with Juniper or Cisco routers / switches
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems utilizing foundational knowledge of SIP protocol
  • Perform fault analysis and configuration of voice subscribers, call handlers and call routing rules.

Required Qualifications for the Voice / Network Engineer include :

  • 2 Years of Experience
  • CompTIA Security Certification required
  • Experience with Juniper or Cisco Equipment required
  • TS / SCI Clearance

    • Compensation for the Voice / Network Engineer include :

  • Hourly Range : $30-35 / hr. with PTO / Holiday Pay
  • W2, long-term, open-ended, multi-year assignment
  • Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
