Senior Business Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to support a United States Marshals Service contract. This individual will provide business case and business process analysis for the USMS. The perfect candidate will have experience supporting program management and be familiar with leading teams and analyzing project data while developing project deliverables in the IT space. This is a hybrid role based out of Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities / Requirements Include :

• Bachelors Degree
• 4 years of experience supporting program management, preferably in law enforcement environment
• 4 years of experience with requirements documentation and project management
• Expert use of MS Office suite
• Expertise creating and maintaining requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment between requirements and deliverables
• Experience using JIRA as a project management tool
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a laser focus on serving the customer
• Ability and experience interacting with individuals across all levels of an organization and maintaining healthy relationships

Compensation Includes :

• 90,000 - $115,000
• depending on experience
• Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, Sick leave if required by Law
