Full Job Description :
Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Senior NetOps Specialist to join a team focused on operations and maintenance of the MCEN’s classified and unclassified networks. This position will require 5 days in office , located in New Orleans, LA .
Responsibilities / Overview :
- In charge of infrastructure and network operation oversight, by responding to alerts and events in a timely manner.
- Coordinating infrastructure repairs, including directing remote activities to ensure continuity for service delivery.
- Responsible for incident resolution and ensuring that all appropriate responses are escalated.
- Configuration changes / new configurations of router, switches, firewalls. Network troubleshooting and handling incident escalation for network outages.
- Oversee daily shift activities, while recording and reporting outstanding issues. These will then be provided to Government representatives.
Required Qualifications :
oCan obtain waiver for 6 months for CCNP if they have CCNA
