2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures to minimize accidents.
3. Utilize precision instruments to measure, mark, and cut materials to exact specifications.
4. Construct, disassemble, and reinforce concrete forms and wooden structures as per project needs.
5. Participate in diverse construction projects like building stairs, bulletin boards, and wooden frameworks.
6. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, assisting colleagues when necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• At least three years of professional experience in a similar capacity within an industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in blueprint interpretation and drawing skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard materials, tools, and processes related to building and form construction.
• Basic mathematical computations, measurement, marking, and cutting skills.
• Capacity to adhere to safety protocols and company policies while prioritizing physical demands like heavy lifting (50 lbs).
• Ability to work extended periods (8-10 hours) without compromising performance.
