4. Construct, disassemble, and reinforce concrete forms and wooden structures using precision techniques.
5. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
6. Contribute to the overall success of the team through proactive communication and collaboration with peers and supervisors.
Requirements and Expectations:
• Three or more years of relevant experience working as an industrial journeyman carpenter.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on expertise in construction techniques.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected challenges and conflicts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA guidelines, labor laws, and best practices in the industry.
• Sustained ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds).
