Job Description:
Position Summary: Recruiters identify, select and hire the appropriate candidates that will meet the project specific labor requirements General Purpose: Support project by providing qualified employees and complying with both internal reporting requirements and external legal requirements Role Qualifications: • Must be able to relocate or travel upon completion of this project assignment. Candidates must understand that working for Zachry means there are going to be opportunities throughout the US • Must be able to deliver a high level of customer service to both internal customers (Operational Managers, Employment Managers, Co-workers and Peers) and external customers (Job Seekers; Applicants; Project/Site Owner Personnel) • Must have computer skills (outlook, excel, word etc) Position Responsibilities: • Manages and/or assists manage Zachry Employment Staffing Plan Processes (Forecasting; Sourcing; Requisitions; Recruiting; Hiring; Retention and Redeployment • Builds and/or assist build Project or Site Specific Staffing Plan based on project information such as wage data, employment requirements, project/safety requirements, owner requirements, and US/State requirements. • Conducts job analysis/design and description based on scope of work and labor requirements for each craft • Communicates with site operations on schedule and manpower requirements • Prioritizes Sources • Reviews, edits, and approves employment requisitions • Qualifies and selects candidates for employment • Reviews applications, work histories, employee status ratings • Screens and Interviews applicants for employment • Extends contingent and final offers of employment to applicants for employment • Manages and conducts operational and administrative portions of hire process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements). • Coordinates and conducts re-deployment initiatives (exit interviews, meeting with ROF employees etc.) • Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes. • Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience:
- HS Equivalent required
- Knowledge of Zachry employment processes and federal/state employment law
- Ability to lead others and delegate work
- Ability to plan and make decisions

- Technical skills with standard software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.

- Bachelors Degree
- PHR / SPHR
- Industrial Construction/Services experience
- Knowledge of Industrial Construction/Services craft labor
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Previous experience in high volume recruiting
Physical demands and work environment:
- Physical demands: Recruiters will be required to stand, walk, sit, and bend. Will use hands to type, grab, handle or feel objects. Will reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. May occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Will use vision abilities to view objects/people and close and long distances, color perception, depth perception and peripheral views.
- Work Environment: Recruiter may work at employment office, project/site office or area, offsite facility such as a conference or school room or other designated location. Noise level can be high to moderate. People walking traffic can be high to moderate.
