The Transportation Supervisor is to supervise all services provided by the Transportation department in order to maintain the highest level of courteous, professional, and efficient service to all guests. Plan, organize, and maintain daily checklist per shift to meet the demands of the hotel guests in an effective and efficient manner. Ensures that the department is up to and above hotel standards and presents a professional manner at all times. Assist the Front Office Department as needed.

Qualifications:

One year practical experience as a Supervisor or other related supervisory role.

Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Full understanding of HPMS and other major Hilton systems and their impact upon guest service.

·Strong staff relations and team building skills.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·Strong analytical and decision-making skills.         

·Valid Texas Driver’s License
