Job Purpose:
To provide the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the lobby level and its corresponding restrooms. As a Lobby Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Cleans and/or mops lobbies, public restrooms, guest floors, offices, front drive sidewalk, service landing, elevators, and stairways.
- Greets guests in a friendly manner.
- Complete checklist by the end of the shift and update the next team member of any hotel activities
- Reports needed repairs of both equipment and physical areas to the Director. Reports all lost and found items to security or lost and found to the director of housekeeping.
- Properly records time upon cleaning the restrooms.
- Keep the front of the hotel free from trash
- Cooperates with other departments to permit them to operate smoothly to provide the highest guest satisfaction. Observes and complies with all house and departmental rules.
- Answers and complies with any calls received from housekeeping for guest requests.
- Responsible for timely walk through of the lobby area in order to keep areas in a high order of cleanliness.
- Take care of all the cleaning equipment used in the lobby.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
