About the Position
The Wine Sales Associate is a key member of the Zachys team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience handling storage client expectations. Retail and/or restaurant experienced applicants are encouraged to apply. The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and have basic accounting and inventory/CRM systems knowledge. NetSuite experience is welcome but not required.
Hours of operation include Monday-Saturday, one day remote, and one day off during the week. Weekend flexibility is required for auction support.
