Key Responsibilities
The Client Services Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all Zachys clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person).
- Supporting the CS Call center queues to ensure client satisfaction by ensuring availability in the queue during hours worked.
- Providing clear and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution based on escalation policy.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work independently and efficiently within a reasonable timeframe.
