The Role
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing superior customer sales, service and relationship support to all Zachys clients. They address their inquiries and resolve any issues utilizing process, business systems and product knowledge, coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure client delight with a positive, friendly demeanor and in a professional manner.
