As a Chick-fil-A Team Member you’ll work closely with our management team to ensure all guests are served in a timely manner and accurately all while focusing on creating a great environment. You will help implement processes and policies with the goal of delivering a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests.

- You have 2 years of college experience (preferred)
- You have 2 years working in a fast paced environment (hospitality or restaurant/retail preferred)
- You have a Passion for people and hunger to grow with a fantastic company
- You have a customer service background
- You are hard working, creative, resourceful, and professional
- You are outgoing, friendly and an excellent communicator
- You have a “hustle” mentality & creative problem solver with a “can-do” attitude
- You are detail-oriented and organized
